These things can only be experienced at the subtle levels of the heart. There are no words, images or thoughts that can describe the inner feeling. This too will change! We often get too attached to our current opinion and preferences. These will change with time. This is a good reason not to burn bridges with people - we never know how our perception might change over time and we may see things differently - Yoga Sutra

Do whatever works! If you are doing something that is working for you, stick with it! Each person and each situation require unique strategies to solve difficult problems. What works for one person may not work for another. So, if it is working for you - go with it - Yoga Sutras.
